I have been teaching exercise since 1986. I hold the internationally recognized American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer Level II Certification as well as teacher certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Positional Release Therapy and AHA CPR. My motto is "be connected, be involved, be inspired,...... be fit!" I love helping people transform their lives. For some, a well prescribed exercise regime can, over time, not only transform their physical appearance, but it can also improve relationships, and even inspire people to help others in and around their community. My 20 years of experience combined with my continuous desire to stay abreast of the latest and greatest trends, allows me to create a personalized fitness program that suits an individuals needs. My programs utilize various equipment and modalities including: free weights, tubing, bosu, ballast ball, medicine balls, kettle bells, yoga, pilates, TRX, power plate, step, discs, jump rope, boxing, and other fun and inspiring fitness specialties.
